Cancellation policy
The chair is held for you. Give us time if that changes.
Notice
We realize emergencies occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule, inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
If the booking was made for the same day, we need at least 4 hours’ notice.
When an appointment is forgotten or cancelled without enough notice, that time cannot be offered to someone else.
Fees
Cancellations that do not meet the notice above result in a 50% late-cancellation or no-show fee, charged to the card on file or added to the next booking.
